Miercom validated the Cloud-based Nokia SBC for performance, security, functionality, management and orchestration. Nokia met real-world scenarios with exceptional handling and visibility. It operates as a Virtual Network Function (VNF) in end-to-end cloud solution or in standalone deployment. VNF integration with OpenStack-based Management and Operation (MANO) framework was also validated as flexible management with its CloudBand Application Manager, WebUI and SBC grouping via Nokia NetAct.
