RESTON, Va., April 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of its ongoing commitment to deliver highly secure solutions to customers, Siemens Enterprise Communications announced today that several of its products have been certified secure by Miercom for their performance under the pressure of malicious threats. Miercom tested multiple Siemens Enterprise Communications solutions and found them to maintain integrity and functionality amid the most common threats, viruses, worms and attacks.

"We were impressed with the performance of the OpenScape systems' resiliency in maintaining full functionality while being subjected to malicious exploits and attacks," said Rob Smithers, CEO, Miercom. "Miercom is pleased to present the Certified Secure Award to these OpenScape products."
